Markesan State Bank is pleased to announce the hiring of Ms. Edith (Edie) Illinski. Edie joins the professional lending team of the Bank as an Assistant Vice President - Lender. She brings 34 years of banking experience focusing primarily on commercial & agricultural lending, and will reside at the Waupun location. Edie is a graduate of the Wisconsin Banking Association’s Principle of Lending and Commercial Lending Schools.
A lifelong Wisconsinite, Madison was Edie’s place of birth, yet she enjoys the rural life much more. Currently Edie lives in rural Randolph, along with her partner Doug, and their four cats and dog. She enjoys singing, golfing, fishing, jewelry making and loves working as a volunteer.
Edie teaches business classes for WWBIC and is on their Rural Advisory Committee. She is a current board member of the Fall River Chamber of Commerce and a past Rotarian. Edie is a member of the Randolph United Methodist Church, and is a lay speaker.
